By using Cafunas, operating Refcat, you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
1. Service
Refcat organizes and displays design references, text, images, metadata and external links. AI output and browser exports may require review and may flatten unsupported effects.
2. Account
You must have legal capacity to contract or a guardian's supervision. Provide accurate profile information and protect your Google account and API keys.
3. Intellectual property
Refcat's interface, logos and algorithms belong to the platform. Third-party references remain subject to their owners' licenses. Respect the rights of each work or asset.
4. Prohibited conduct
Do not scrape or extract data without authorization, bypass security, access restricted server areas, or transmit illegal, offensive or copyright-infringing content.
5. Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free exports or a catalog that is always current. We are not liable for indirect financial or data loss, subject to applicable law.
6. Plans
Your plan's quotas and the amount, currency and billing interval confirmed at checkout apply to your purchase. Team seats grant account access; they do not grant shared editing of projects.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will notify significant changes by email or in the application. Continued use means acceptance of the revised terms. You can request deletion through account settings.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Your local jurisdiction's courts settle disputes, subject to applicable law.
9. Extension screenshots
Extension data collection is optional and off by default. It starts only if you turn it on in the extension preferences, which open when the extension is installed, and you can turn it off at any time. It covers a screenshot each time you open the extension, the .fig files you export, and click positions on the page while the extension is open. Human review is a separate optional setting. Only share content you have permission to share; screenshots and .fig files may contain personal or client data. Disable collection or exclude sites without affecting Figma export. View and delete screenshots in Account > Exports.
